For more than 20 years, hilarious, down-to-earth comic Alonzo Bodden has been making audiences all around America laugh. With four hit stand-up specials and numerous star-studded TV appearances under his belt, Alonzo is a crowd favorite—his spot-on, humorous takes on everything from Taco Bell to millennial culture make it easy to see why.

Alonzo’s first big comedy break, the “New Faces of Comedy'' showcase at the Canadian Just For Laughs Festival, led to a string of American success that began with winning NBC’s Last Comic Standing. Since then, he has starred in two Showtime comedy specials: Historically Correct and Who’s Paying Attention. He has also made appearances on ABC’s Dr. Ken and Fresh Off the Boat, Dr. Phil, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, Comedy Central’s The Nightly Show with Larry Wilmore, and Californication.

Alonzo’s humor has also entered the audio medium—he is a regular panel member on NPR’s popular Wait Wait...Don’t Tell Me and currently hosts the podcast Who’s Paying Attention?
